Delete your account

Delete from the app (fastest)

Open Smart Practice Rig and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll confirm twice, and your deletion is scheduled immediately.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email us from the address on your account:

support@smartpracticerig.com with the subject line "Account deletion request".

We verify the request against your account email and schedule the deletion, then confirm by reply.

What happens next

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion with a 30-day grace period.
Changed your mind? Sign back in any time within those 30 days and cancel the deletion — nothing is lost.
After 30 days, everything is permanently erased: your login, practice history, routines, analytics, subscription records, and usage data.
Active subscriptions should also be canceled in Google Play (Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions), since app deletion does not cancel Google billing.

Data kept, and why

Anonymized, aggregate analytics (never tied to your identity after deletion) and transaction records that payment regulations require us to retain are the only exceptions. See our Privacy Policy for details.
